Elżbieta Nowosad, co-owner
Elżbieta Nowosad – a co-owner. She is in charge of a complex ‘restaurant organism’, a true lover of Italy and above all Italian food. Every trip (not only to the sunny regions of Italy) gives her the opportunity to visit Italian trattories and restaurants. Tasting Italian delicacies always provides inspiration for innovations in the menu.
Mirosław Jaxa Kwiatkowski, co-owner
Mirosław Jaxa Kwiatkowski – a co-owner, a great lover of wine and winemaking. The restaurant’s wine list is his ‘beloved child’ – except for his own vineyard ‘Srebrna Góra’ in Bielany district in Krakow. Created with passion the wine list is the result of many oenological trips and hundreds wine tastings. It keeps changing and expanding and new wine ‘gems’ are found.
Małgorzata Latosińska, manager
Małgorzata Kubarek – a restaurant manager. She has been working for us for 10 years, first as a waitress and then as a shift manager. She has been supervising the work of restaurant for 6 years. Always kind and smiling, she takes care of our Guests. She offers her advice and help with the organization of receptions and catering.
Andrzej Stoczyński, the hed chief
Andrzej Stoczynski – the head chief who has been working for us since 2005. He manages a team of all chefs, which is no mean feat in the high season. Together with the owners he creates the wine list. He systematically checks out the accessibility of fresh products and ingredients in order to use them in the creation of new dishes.
