The restaurant
We are the oldest Italian restaurant in Krakow. Our name "Da Pietro" is primarily a tribute to Krakow's Genius Loci - Piotr Skrzynecki who personally welcomed the guests during the opening on 5 April 1992. The name also refers to the most recognizable landmark of Rome – St. Peter's Basilica.
Over 2 million Guests visited our restaurant during 20 years! – we are proud of it, but also motivate ourselves to constantly refine our offer and service.
Da Pietro is located in the beautiful and spacious basements of the Hetman House. There are 3 air-conditioned restaurant rooms (130 places) and a bar in our restaurant. Exceptional tapestries with the replicas of Piranesi's Roman prints embellish the restaurant rooms.
The restaurant garden operates on the Market Square from April to October.
